Shipping policy

Sampurna Jewelers is committed to deliver your order with good quality packaging within the given time frame.  

Shipping Charges: 
We keep true pricing to our products. That's why we charge for shipping for orders below Rs.1500.  
● Shipping is free when your purchase amount above Rs. 1499 
● For the order below 500, there's a shipping charge of Rs.100 
● If the order value is between 500 and 1499 rupees, then 60 rupees delivery 
charges will be applicable  

Shipping within India: 
Shipping time: 
Prepaid order: 3-8 days in India. 
Cash on delivery order: 5-10 days within India 
Cash on Delivery Policy:  We have cash on delivery as payment option. However, we reserve the right to decline it. If Cash on delivery orders are refused more than once by any customer, we will only offer prepaid orders to that customer only. 

International Shipping: 
We Don't have International Shipping facility  
Shipping Policies: 
● Orders are dispatched within 2 working days or as per the delivery date specified 
by you at the time of placing the order 
● Delivery of all orders will be duly done to the address as mentioned by you at the 
time of placing the order. In case of modifications, kindly reach out to us by the 
same day. 
● We ship throughout the week, except Sunday & Public holidays. To ensure that 
your order reaches you in good condition, in the shortest span of time, we ship 
through reputed courier agencies (Delhivery, DTDC & Amazon Shipping) only. If 
there is no courier service available in your area, we ship via Government 
Registered Bookpost or Speedpost except COD orders. 

Cancellation Policy: An order can be cancelled as long as it's not shipped. If the order is prepaid, upon cancellation the refund will be done to the original payment method. If the order is cancelled after shipping or returned to us, the actual shipping charge (up to Rs.350) will be deducted from the refund.
